e-business Park is a complex that cares and respects the environment.

“Sustainable development is that which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs” (UN Brundtland Report, 1987). Based on our values (Respect, Safety and Technology), was drafted our own environmental consciousness guide in order to inform, guide and promote best practices, and serves as a reference for our attitudes and daily actions, not just within the ebpark. Environmental preservation area: Environmental preservation area consists of a forest and green areas with more than 2,000 trees cataloged.

Use of rainwater:
Galleries to capture rainwater and water trucks that use this water for watering gardens and washing of all common areas.

Evenly distributed LED lighting and occupancy sensors, targeting low power consumption and high environmental quality

Sustainable Square:
Sustainable Square, called “Espaço Central”, built was built with the most modern and innovative in the market, striving to meet the standards of sustainability in buildings. Floors with light shades that avoid increasing the ambient temperature during the day, and lighting with fluorescent lamps and LED maintain the concept of sustainability at night.

Recycling:
Collection and separation of recyclable waste: Educational bins and containers that encourage separation of recyclables and organic waste are spread throughout the complex. Partnership with a recycling cooperative that operates from diagnosis, awareness and selective collection to sorting and disposal of waste. - Electric Vehicles: Fleet of electric and alcohol vehicles.
